A. At Our Naturals, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the United States and Canada, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are fulfilled by the Our Naturals team, which can take 1-2 days to process.
Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7-14 business days for all items to arrive to their final destination.

A. We ship from our facility in New Brunswick, Canada.
Q. Where do you ship to?
A. We are currently shipping to the continental United States and Canada.
Q. How long does your order processing take?
A. Generally your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. As many of our items are handmade, we may need an extra day to process your order. We will contact you if there will be any delays in your order processing time.
Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A. It usually takes between 7-14 business days for all of your items in your order to arrive.
Our shipping policy includes refunding the customer any over payment in our flat rate shipping rates that is not needed to cover the shipping costs.
