Preparing for your session: Find somewhere quiet and comfortable to lay down, you will need oil or lotion for providing yourself with the Abdominal Therapy Self-Care routine. Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing, light a candle, and prepare relaxing music to help enhance your session.
